I want to "wow" you and your clients but I need your help! Please take 5 minutes and read this. It could make the difference between an accepted offer or not.
The goal here is to process and clear a loan in 7 days and it happens 90% of the time. To meet these goals it’s super important that me, you and the client are always on the same page.
Here's what you can do to help me get a commitment SUPER FAST to make your offer strong:
Sending me a lead - please include their first name, email and cell phone. This way I have several ways to contact them. I have a pre-scripted email to introduce me and prepare them for some items they should have ready before our call. Just ask and I will send it right over.
Phone consultation - I have a quick 10 minute call to introduce myself and get some basic info. Please explain to them the importance of scheduling this call immediately.
The application - My recommendation is to always start an application after the phone consultation so I can get a complete picture of their financial situation. Our online application is the easiest one I've seen and it should take them no more than 20 minutes to complete.
Documentation - By the following business day, my team will send the borrowers a list of documents needed to submit the file to underwriting. If you sent the email I wrote for you, this can save a lot of time because they are prepared.
Once we receive all requested documents, I structure the loan and submit the file to underwriting for a Pre-Approval / Commitment letter. This is a fully underwritten approval. The underwriter will issue a commitment by 5:00 pm the following business day for 80% of scenarios. (Jumbo loans, coops, and brokered out deals may take longer)
