04. ACCEPTED OFFER
When you finally have an accepted offer we will update your file and collect any documents that may have expired.
Now that both parties have come to an agreement we can discuss ordering the appraisal and interest rates and programs.
There are disclosures that need to be signed in order to move forward and we will discuss preliminary closing costs.
06. LOAN SUBMISSION
After an appraisal is in and approved it's time to have an in depth conversation about locking the interest rate.
A commitment letter will list any outstanding conditions that are needed before we can lend.
At this stage you will be receiving updated disclosures and we are getting closer to your closing date.
09. LOCK IN RATE
Any outstanding conditions are submitted to underwriting and we wait for a "clear to close."
All conditions outlined in the commitment letter have been satisfied and we are ready to set a closing date.
11. CLEAR TO CLOSE
