To be an All Star borrower and have your application put on the FastTrack, follow these 4 tips.
#1 - Have the following documents ready for upload in PDF format before you begin:
  • W-2's for the past two years
  • Pay stubs covering the last 30 days
  • If self-employed - Federal tax returns (personal and business) for the past two years 
  • Asset/bank statements - Most recent two months' bank statements (ALL PAGES) for all accounts that will be used for closing costs, down payment and/or reserves if needed.
  • Government-issued photo ID (Driver's license, passport etc...)
#2 - E-Sign all disclosures (IRS 4506T and Credit Authorization).
 
#3 - Click "Submit" so I receive notification that you have completed the application.
#4 - Complete all the tasks assigned to you in EasyApp before our next phone call.

Here's what you can expect after submitting the application:
 
  • I will get an email notification that the application has been submitted and I will contact you within 48 hours (business days) to schedule a time to speak. During the call we will fine tune the application and discuss any information and documentation (if any) will be needed for me to submit your file for approval. 
Sending documentation in a legible format will save you days in the process.
